By accessing or using Okinawa Map | Okinawa App ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform connects guests looking to discover experiences in Okinawa with hosts who offer those experiences. We provide the technology to facilitate these connections but are not a party to agreements between guests and hosts.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
When you book an experience, you enter into a direct agreement with the host. The Platform facilitates the transaction but is not responsible for the conduct of hosts or guests.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of that provider.
Refund and cancellation policies may vary by experience and will be displayed at the time of booking.
If a host cancels or deletes a session, all affected guests will be notified by email and any applicable refunds will be issued according to our cancellation policy. Guests who wish to cancel a booking should do so in accordance with the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okinawa Map | Okinawa App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any experience. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any experience listed on the Platform.
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and text, is the property of Okinawa Map | Okinawa App or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
